On Wednesday, October 15, 2014, the National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics (a.k.a. Student initiatives based at a Talloires Network member institution and that have existed for at least two years are eligible to be considered for this prize. Anyone can nominate a program, but nominations must be accompanied by a letter or email of support from the head of the university. Only two programs may be nominated from any university in a single year.
